M.E.W.

For the last three days we had M.E.W. I think Mr. and Mrs. Case did a great job. It's so sad that they will leave next year. I hope they will have a great time. I wonder if they're going to come back. I hope they will have a great time. In M.E.W. we learned about Utet and the Mulsis. I really enjoyed the story of the Mulsis. I also enjoyed it when they did the acting part. Sunny Kim

Week of MEW

An author coming to our classroom

Today we had an author come in our class. His name was Paul Young, and he wrote the book called The Shack. He talked to us about his book and why he wrote it and what inspired him to write it. He told us how you can write a good book. Ms.Bodley even read a little paragraph and it had a lot of describing words. She read it because we are learning about descriptive paragraph's. It was really fun to have him here!

PE

Today we had PE. We ran four laps outside. Then we played badminten. Then we came back to class and did centers.

persuasive letters

We wrote persuasive letters.Persuasive means like you are trying to force the other person to agree with you.It was fun!We read it to each other.You can try to write one too!I tried to persuave to make pizzas!When you write one, write good words!You can use a Thesaurus.Good luck!

Cub Scouts

All the Webelos will be learing how to make a fire next week and will be making one and roasting marshmellows on it. We learned some rules first and some things we will apply, like clearing an area of ten feet from the fire.

Bible

In bible, we learned about God,Jesus, and Holy Spirit.
We did a little game too.
Our class learned that how the Holy Spirit helped us to understand about our God.
I like our school because we learn about God.

Valentines Day

At the end of school, we made a decoration for a heart shaped cookie.I put lots of icing on it.

Today is valentines day!Tomorrow is my birthday!This valentines day,our class is going to decorate valentine cookies.It is going to be so fun.We are going to put frosting on them and stuff like that.We are also going to get lots of valentine candys.that is what I am going to do on valentines day.

Hey everybody! It'll be Valentine's Day soon. Are any of you excited? I would really like to bake heart-shaped cookies... but my mom dosn't have any time to do it with me. I have always liked putting candies on to the small cards my mom helps me with. This year I would like to send some to my cousins like they did to last year.
